HAPPY MONDAY: FALLING LEAVES

For a moment there, I thought I was going to spend the entire weekend indoors. The wind sounded much worse than it felt. I have to say the best part about cold weather is how much more cooking I'm willing to do. I enjoy being by the warm stove, like this weekend, stewing up my very own hot sauce, or pepper as we call it. I use a mix of scotch bonnet peppers, onions, garlic, ginger and a few other things. The hubby jokes that I've killed my tastebuds with the amount of hot sauce I consume. Who cares, I'm warm on the inside.
