ARE YOU SILVER OR GOLD?
For the most part, I'm gold. I think I only own 3 silver earrings and maybe 2 silver necklaces. I love me some yellow gold or rather, some yellow gold plaited, gold sprayed, under $10 a piece faux gold jewelry. I have no shame to proclaim most of my daily jewelry is the fake stuff from any mall store that would have me. I have a few special pieces kept far and away from the masses.
But silver has been starting to creep up on me. Especially in shoes and bags. And now, I'm even eyeing watches, bracelets and rings in that color. It's funny to me now, but I had this really deep seated belief that silver did not work on my complexion. I got that from the same place I got the other one - thinking that I was too dark skinned to wear red lipstick... Sigh. So silly.
