HAPPY MONDAY: END WITH A BOWL
Thats me fighting back the tears at the airport...or something like that. It was all farewells this weekend as mum's (yup, I spell it mum not mom) visit came to an end. It hit me the morning of, just how much I will miss her laughter, her checking up on me to see if I had eaten. I kept reminding her that I'm an adult now (who also really loves food) and there's no way I would walk around starving. But that's mums for ya. It's nice to know that we have so many amazing communication tools these days. Imagine pre-skype, pre-email, snail mail days...I couldn't take it.
Oh and I'll quickly add that I love this blouse. Sugarlips sent it my way...and I have to admit sometimes you really hope when people send you stuff that you like it. It fit perfectly and I got tons of compliments, so I'm definitely a happy camper.
And a day that ends with my favorite meal for dinner (cereal), well that's not too much of a bad day after all.
