HAPPY MONDAY: BBQ

This weekend was mostly about unpacking and just getting everything back in order. How is it that unpacking is more annoying than packing? Maybe because when you're packing, you're excited about your destination. Unpacking just means you're back home and that trip you planned for weeks or months is now over.

Regardless of how busy I get, I always have a minute or 2 hours to swing by the annual Big Apple BBQ. Oh BBQ, one of the reasons I failed miserably at my 3 day attempt at being vegetarian.
