Cancellation policy
100% deposit refund for cancellation 90+ days before The Getaway start date.
0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-89 days before The Getaway start date.
Due to the logistics and size of the retreat:
The remaining balance is due 90 days before The Getaway start date.
If you cancel within 0-89 days of the retreat, the remainder of your payment (minus the deposit) will be refunded ONLY if a replacement is found to take your place. This is because it becomes increasingly difficult and less likely as a trip of this nature approaches, to find substitutes who can both pay and travel at short notice.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, The Getaway is canceled, all payments will be returned in full.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover the cost of your trip.
